Japan

April 15th, Gospel singer Migiwa is doing two concerts at Ishinomaki House of Hope. She has many friends in the neighborhood. Pray that God will use her music and sharing to turn hearts to him.

ECUADOR

Jim and Suzy Olsen ask prayer for Todo Lodo, a large family-friendly mud run race that will be taking place at El Refugio that they hope will grow to be a sustainable fundraiser for the ministry.

N. AMERICA

Pray for “Happy,” a West African diplomat in Heidi Jensen’s conversational English class. As they discussed the Last Supper, Happy shared a song from her Christian mission school days. Pray that truths she learned years ago will draw her to faith in Christ.

TAIWAN

Pray for the salvation of Mr. Y and his family and for Ethan and Sandy Christofferson and believers at Enlin LBC as they reach out to them. Mr. Ying was injured in a work accident about 2 years ago, and feels very grateful for the way Christians (including his doctors) have cared for him.

CHAD

The presidential elections in Chad will be held on April 10th. Pray that they will go smoothly and that political stability will continue to aid in the spread of the gospel.

FRANCE

Pray for Jeremy and Sallee as they study French. Pray for quality language acquisition and many chances to use it. Pray for their daughters’ adjustments in their education and French studies.

CHAD

Paul and Teresa’s son Samuel, an architect, is in Chad and is working with the assembled construction team in supervising initial phases of construction of a new missionary residence in their new location. Pray for good relationships and good health during his two-month stay in the hottest season. Happy birthday to Teresa.

JAPAN

Former Japan missionary Bob Hosmer is spending three weeks at Ishinomaki House of Hope. Pray for a continuation of relationships with neighbors whom he met last year. Pray that God will give him opportunities to share the gospel.

N. AMERICA

Roger and Sue Olson of Japanese Ministries, Rock of Ages LBC, ask for prayer that God will open the hearts of the 54 new students that will arrive in Seattle today for a 10-month ESL program. Pray for opportunities to share the gospel in word and deed.
