NORTH AMERICA

Pray for Ben and Sara Hosch as Ben has assumed the pastorate at Ebenezer LBC in Rolette, ND. Pray that God will use this new ministry in preparing them and their family for future service in Taiwan.

TAIWAN

Ethan & Sandy Christofferson write that their friend, Mr. W, is being baptized tomorrow. Pray that his wife and two boys, all non-Christians, would attend this joyous event. Pray for Ethan as he speaks.

NORTH AMERICA

Pray for Dan Venberg as he shares about the ministries of LBIM in our churches, and encourages those who hear God’s call to go into all the world and make disciples through proclaiming the gospel.

ECUADOR

Pray for Jim and Suzy Olsen and their family as they take on new leadership responsibilities at El Refugio. Pray for spiritual and physical protection as they continue to pursue God’s will and direction for the ministry and for their family.

FRANCE

Pray for David and Sonja and their children in their continuing language learning. Pray for times of rest and refreshment and opportunities with friends in their neighborhood.

JAPAN

Dean and Linda Bengtson ask prayer for this weeks Kids English Day Camp. Pray for the volunteer team from Victory LB Church in Taiwan, and that the kids will enjoy the activities and Bible stories. Pray also for the children’s families.

TAIWAN

Ethan & Sandy Christofferson fly back to Taiwan today. Pray for a good transition for them as they return to ministry, and pray for their children, Caleb and Hannah, as they stay in the U.S. for college.

CHAD

Nathanael welcomes the rains that ward off famine, and says, “they also keep us from traveling to our village. So, we thank God for the time to live in the capital as I work on translating Genesis and the Gospel of Luke with our Christian national partners.”

JAPAN

Pray for John Olson and a team from the English department of Victory LBC, Taiwan, who will be assisting Dean and Linda Bengtson with their ministry to neighborhood children. Pray also for John’s wife, Caristy, while she remains in Taiwan with their four children.

CHINA

Joel C. asks prayer for a new international mission partnership. One Chinese and one international leader needs to be identified by mid-August. Pray for the right leaders to be selected and that the Chinese church can continue to grow in the work of God’s mission.
